This charming cottage is located in the village of Tal-y-Bont in the heart of the Conwy Valley, close to the Snowdonia National Park. The cottage dates from the 19th Century & was originally home to a local farmer & his family. At the back of the property, the garden looks across fields towards the River Conwy and the cliffs on the far side of the valley. Facing the front of the cottage are the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park.

The cottage provides excellent quality accommodation for up to 6 guests & offers the perfect base from which to explore Snowdonia, the Conwy Valley & the North Wales coast.

Sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms including two double bedrooms & a 3rd room with bunk beds.

Timber beams, an inglenook fireplace & a wood burning stove create a cosy atmosphere in the lounge.

28" TV, DVD player, Video and Sky Freesat. There is also a range of videos and DVD for use by guests.

Enclosed lawned rear garden overlooks the river valley and fields which are usually full of sheep.

Ample car parking available and bikes can be locked away in the stone shed at the bottom of the garden.
